As I mentioned in the introduction, the Bistrot Chez Rémy restaurant opened to the public on July 10th, 2014, the same day as the attraction “Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy” (or “Ratatouille: Rémy’s Totally Crazy Adventure”, in English), where it’s house.

One of the most impressive elements of the Bistrot Chez Rémy restaurant is its immersive decor, which makes you feel as if you have shrunk to the size of a mouse and were having lunch or dinner in Chef Rémy’s own restaurant!
