Brief History of Manhattan Restaurant
As I mentioned in the introduction, Manhattan Restaurant opened to the public on April 12th, 1992, the same day as the Euro Disney Resort (the original designation of Disneyland Paris). At that time, Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel was called Disney’s Hotel New York – the name maintained until June 21st, 2021.

The Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel is, since 2021, known as the ‘Marvel Hotel’, the famous New York publisher of superhero comics. The hotel’s renovation aims to pay homage to all the characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, even though most of the details invoke Spider-Man and Iron Man.
How To Eat At Manhattan Restaurant
Manhattan Restaurant is open daily from 6 pm to 11 pm, with the last entry at 10:45 pm. Although you don’t need to stay at the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel to dine at Manhattan Restaurant, a stay at this hotel doesn’t guarantee you a table without a reservation at the buffet!
I advise you to book a table in advance – something you can do up to 2 months (or 12 months, if you have a stay booked at a Disney hotel) before your arrival date! You must download the Disneyland Paris app, which is available on Google Play and the App Store. Then create an account and start choosing your favorite restaurants with table reservations!
Alternatively, you can call the Disneyland Paris Restaurant Reservation Center at +33 1 60 30 40 50. However, local call rates apply and may vary depending on your telecom operator.

The cold drinks available are Coke Original, Coke Zero, Coke Cherry, and Perrier (33 cl); Fanta Orange, Sprite Original, Fuze Tea Peach Intense, TROPICO Tropical, Minute Maid Orange, and Apple (25 cl). Mineral waters such as Vittel and San Pellegrino (50 cl, 1 L) are also available.

What To Eat At Manhattan Restaurant
If you search for Manhattan Restaurant on the Disneyland Paris website or app, you’ll notice that this table service is promoted as an Italian, Vegetarian, and Vegan restaurant.
In my opinion, Manhattan Restaurant offers a very limited number of meat and fish dishes. However, the vegetarian and vegan alternatives present in the starters, main courses, and desserts are a pleasant surprise.
