Slovakia

Bratislava (historically known as Pozsony and Pressburg) is the capital and largest city of Slovakia. Located in the southwest of the country, in the Bratislava Region, it also serves as the capital of this province. Along with Prague and Brno, Bratislava was one of the three largest cities of Czechoslovakia, a landlocked country that existed between 1918 and 1992. Nowadays, the Slovak capital is still the fourth largest of all cities on the River Danube!
